Proverbs 3:27

I know this blog is mostly for posting pictures of the girls and updating, but sometimes I like to share something important that I'm learning. This verse is definitely one of those things. It says, "Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it". It sounds so simple, but it's harder than we think sometimes...I know it is for me. This past week I've been thinking quite a bit about how we spend our money, and sadly, we are pretty selfish most of the time. There's always something for our house or for the girls that I want, but I forget that maybe God could use me to be an encouragement to someone else...saved or unsaved. God can use us in amazing ways if we just obey His command to give. Something to think about...
