Thanksgiving Trip (Part One)

We had a great trip to GA to see Jeremy's family this past week. We started out on Saturday afternoon and drove to Fayetteville, NC where we stopped at a hotel for the night. (We decided 11 hours is just too much to do in one day!) :) Then on Sunday we drove to Augusta, GA and stopped in to see Jeremy's Grandma and some relatives for a few hours before heading to his parents house closer to Atlanta. Here's a few pictures from there at Grandma's house that afternoon. The girls really enjoyed hanging out with their cousins, Will & Steven.

We arrived at Jeremy's parents house Sunday evening, and then on Monday we went to the aquarium in Atlanta. It was SO neat. We'd been there once before right after we got married but the aquarium is one of those places that is always amazing no matter how many times you go. The girls really enjoyed it. :)
Tuesday was "picture day"! Jeremy's best friend Evan offered to do a photo shoot for us. He has his own photography business and does a great job. We met him at a local park and unfortunately the wind and cold air got to us...we're not sure if we even got any good shots, but Evan's working on editing them, so as soon as we get them we'll post for all to see. :) Later that night Jeremy and I got to go over to Evan & Leah's house for pizza and a movie. We watched "Stangers"...it was a pretty good movie, but very scary!!! We had fun doing something together without the kidos...as much as we love them! :)
Wednesday we just kinda hung out...we went to a nearby park in the morning to let the girls run around and we got some good shots of the girls:

Thursday was Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time with just Jeremy's parents and sister. His Mom made SO much yummy food!! It was a fun, relaxing day.

Then Friday morning we said goodbye and headed back to Grandma's house in Augusta. Here's just a few more pics of the kidos with G & G Weible. (I will post the rest of the trip pictures tomorrow...getting late!) :)
