This is my friend Heidi. We were in the same collegian together down at PCC, and we also lived in the same dorm building, so I saw her often. This past February she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Shortly after, the doctors also discovered that the cancer had metastasized to her liver and other organs...she had tumors all throughout her abdomen. She has been through chemo and other experimental treatments and nothing has been successful. At this point, Heidi's liver is no longer working properly and toxins keep building up in her blood, making her very sick. Just a few days ago she was released from the hospital into hospice care. Please pray for this 28 yr. old girl!! She is in so much pain. She does know Jesus Christ as her Savior, but please pray for strength for her family, and that God would give her grace during these last weeks or days with her family.
